HOW WE SOURCE OUR PRODUCTS
We source all of our inventory exclusively through authorized distributors and reputable wholesale suppliers with established track records in the hobby industry. We do not purchase products from unverified third-party sellers or grey market sources. Our sourcing standards are non-negotiable because your trust depends on them.
WHAT FACTORY SEALED MEANS
When we say factory sealed, we mean that the product has never been opened, altered, resealed, searched, or tampered with in any way since it left the manufacturer's facility. The seal you receive is the same seal applied at the factory. No exceptions.
REPORTING A CONCERN
If you receive a product from Aurum Hobby and have any concern about its authenticity or sealed condition — whether that is a broken seal, unusual packaging, or anything else that does not seem right — please contact us immediately at support@aurumhobby.shop before opening the product. Include photographs of the item and packaging. We will investigate promptly and work with you to resolve the situation through a replacement or full refund.
A NOTE ON OPENED PRODUCTS
Once a sealed product has been opened by the customer, we are no longer able to assess its pre-opening condition. For this reason, all concerns about authenticity or seal integrity must be reported before the product is opened. We cannot accept returns on opened products under any circumstances.
