OUR COMMITMENT
At Aurum Hobby, customer satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the products we sell and want you to shop with confidence. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed items only within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, factory-sealed condition, exactly as it was received. The seal must be fully intact and unbroken. Items that have been opened, tampered with, or show any signs of having been altered in any way are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
This policy exists because the nature of sealed trading card products means that once a package is opened, its contents have been revealed and the item cannot be resold as sealed. We appreciate your understanding of this necessary policy.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances: opened sealed products of any kind, items returned more than 30 days after delivery, items not in their original factory-sealed condition, items damaged due to customer mishandling, and digital products or gift cards.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aurumhobby.shop within 30 days of your delivery date. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed. Do not send items back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a wrong or defective item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Aurum Hobby is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@aurumhobby.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly through a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
