OVERVIEW
At Aurum Hobby, we are committed to getting your sealed trading card cases and collectibles to you safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our process, timelines, and procedures.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak periods such as new product releases or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you if there is a significant delay with your order.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship to all 50 United States. Domestic orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to select international destinations. International orders are delivered within 7 to 21 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and local customs processing. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. Aurum Hobby is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. We are required by law to declare the full value of all international shipments on customs forms and cannot mark orders as gifts to avoid customs fees.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We use trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship your orders. The carrier used for your order will depend on package size, weight, destination, and service availability.
PACKAGE PROTECTION
We take great care in packaging all sealed products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We strongly recommend inspecting your package upon arrival. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us at support@aurumhobby.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Aurum Hobby is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and any safe spots around your property, then contact your local post office or carrier. If you are unable to locate your package, please contact us at support@aurumhobby.shop and we will do our best to assist you.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Aurum Hobby is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@aurumhobby.shop. We will do our best to make corrections if the order has not yet shipped.
