WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER
A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it is officially released or while stock is being secured. By placing a pre-order with Aurum Hobby, you are reserving your item and securing your place in line before the product becomes widely available.
PAYMENT FOR PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase. Your payment method will be charged immediately when you place a pre-order. This allows us to secure inventory on your behalf.
ESTIMATED RELEASE DATES
Estimated release dates provided on pre-order listings are based on information available from manufacturers and distributors at the time of listing. These dates are estimates only and are subject to change. Aurum Hobby is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, or shipping carriers. We will do our best to communicate any significant changes to estimated release dates via email.
SHIPPING OF PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as the product is received and processed at our facility. Standard processing times of 1 to 3 business days apply from the time we receive the product. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your pre-order has been dispatched.
If you have placed a pre-order alongside in-stock items, please note that we may ship your order in multiple shipments, or hold the entire order until the pre-order item is available, depending on the situation. We will communicate this to you directly.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has shipped by contacting us at support@aurumhobby.shop. Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard return and refund policy applies.
In the event that we are unable to fulfill a pre-order due to product unavailability or other circumstances outside our control, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
