WHO CAN APPLY
Wholesale pricing is available to registered businesses, brick-and-mortar retail stores, online resellers, and established hobby shops. To be considered for a wholesale account, you must provide proof of business registration or a valid resale certificate, a business name and contact information, your website or storefront information if applicable, and an estimate of your expected monthly order volume.
HOW TO APPLY
To apply for a wholesale account, please email us at support@aurumhobby.shop with the subject line "Wholesale Inquiry." Include your business name, contact name, phone number, email address, business type, and any relevant business documentation. We will review your application and respond within 3 to 5 business days.
WHOLESALE TERMS
Wholesale orders are subject to minimum order quantities which will be communicated upon approval of your account. Wholesale pricing is not available on all products and is subject to availability. All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment using our accepted payment methods. Wholesale orders are subject to the same processing and shipping timelines as standard orders, with some variation for large volume orders. Wholesale purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return unless the products are factory sealed and a return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
